CLUB RULES RULES
These are not suggestions. These are orders. Every operative in the VLR resistance agrees to these rules upon enrollment. Failure to comply is grounds for suspension or discharge from the resistance.

01General Conduct
The resistance demands respect — for your fellow operatives, for the equipment, and for the mission. Aggressive, intimidating, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Harassment of any kind — verbal, physical, or otherwise — results in immediate and permanent discharge from the resistance. No exceptions. No appeals.
All operatives are expected to conduct themselves with the discipline befitting a soldier. This is a gym. Train hard, stay focused, and get out of other operatives' way when they're in the middle of a set.
02Equipment Protocols
Put it back where you found it. Every plate, every dumbbell, every kettlebell returns to its home after use. The resistance is only as strong as its supply chain — a disorganized gym is a demoralized gym.
Wipe down equipment after each use. Spray bottles and towels are stationed throughout the facility. This is non-negotiable and is considered basic field hygiene.
Do not drop barbells from overhead unless you are using bumper plates on a designated platform. Dropped equipment is damaged equipment.
03Booking & Class Etiquette
Honor your bookings. If you cannot attend a class you have reserved, cancel at least 2 hours in advance so another operative can take your spot. Repeat no-shows will lose booking privileges for a period of 30 days.
Arrive on time. Latecomers may be turned away if the class has already begun — this is for your safety and out of respect for the operatives already in session. Virtual class links are distributed 15 minutes before class start and expire 5 minutes after class begins.
04Personal Training & Coaching
Personal training sessions must be booked through the member portal or by contacting your assigned coach directly. Walk-up session requests are subject to coach availability and are never guaranteed.
Operatives may not receive informal coaching or instruction from fellow members — this is for your safety and for the protection of our coaches' livelihoods. If you need guidance, book a session. We have some of the finest tactical minds in the field.
05Facility Rules
No outside food on the training floor. Water and closed-lid beverages are permitted. Chalk is available at Olympic lifting platforms — confine it to the platforms and wipe up excess.
Proper athletic footwear is required at all times. Sandals, open-toed shoes, and bare feet are prohibited on the training floor.
The locker rooms are for changing, showering, and cold plunge access. Extended lounging impedes access for other operatives.
06Membership & Access
Your membership access is personal and non-transferable. Allowing another individual to use your fob, app access, or credentials is grounds for immediate termination of membership with no refund.
Guests are permitted under Commander and Revolutionary tier memberships per the terms of those plans. Guest access must be arranged in advance through the front desk. Walk-in guests without pre-arrangement may be turned away.
