MEMBER POLICIES POLICIES

The following policies govern your membership with Viva La Resistance. By enrolling, you accept these terms as binding field orders. Read them. Know them. Follow them.

01Membership Tiers & Billing

Memberships are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at enrollment. Monthly memberships renew automatically on the same date each month. Annual memberships renew on the anniversary of enrollment.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice. Rate locks apply only to active annual contracts. Monthly members may see rate adjustments at the beginning of any billing cycle following proper notice.

All billing is processed through our secure payment gateway. Declined payments result in a 7-day grace period, after which access will be suspended. Reinstatement requires payment of the outstanding balance plus a $15 reinstatement fee.

02Cancellation Policy

We believe in earned commitment — but we also believe in fair exit terms.

Monthly members may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice submitted via the member portal or in writing to the front desk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the next complete billing cycle. No mid-cycle refunds.

Annual members who cancel before the end of their contract term will be charged a cancellation fee equal to two months' equivalent monthly rate. Cancellations for relocation (50+ miles from both clubs) or documented medical necessity are exempt from this fee with supporting documentation.

Cancellation requests submitted verbally or informally — including by phone call, text, or social media — are not valid. All cancellations must be submitted through official channels.

03Freeze & Suspension

Active members in good standing may freeze their membership for up to 90 days per calendar year. Freeze requests must be submitted at least 14 days in advance through the member portal.

During a freeze period, access to the facility and all member features is suspended. Billing is paused for the duration of the approved freeze. Freeze periods may not be used during the first 3 months of a new membership.

04Class Booking & Attendance

Class booking opens 72 hours in advance for Commander and Revolutionary members, and 48 hours in advance for Soldier members. Comrade members may book up to 24 hours in advance for virtual classes only.

No-shows and late cancellations (within 2 hours of class start) count against your booking record. Operatives who accumulate 3 or more no-shows in a 30-day period will have their booking window reduced to 24 hours for the following 30 days.

Waitlisted operatives are automatically confirmed if a spot opens within 2 hours of class start. Waitlisted members who are auto-confirmed and do not attend will receive a no-show mark.

05Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as specifically provided in this policy. Unused personal training sessions expire 180 days after purchase. No refunds on expired sessions.

VLR Shop purchases may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original, unworn condition with receipt. Customized or personalized items are non-refundable. Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no charge.

06Code of Conduct & Termination

VLR reserves the right to terminate any membership — at any time, for any reason — that results in violation of our club rules, disruption to the resistance community, or conduct deemed incompatible with our values.

Terminations for cause result in immediate access revocation with no refund. Terminated members may not re-enroll at either location without written approval from VLR management.
