The anchor of the Iron Battalion. A structured powerlifting session built around the squat, bench press, and deadlift. Progressive overload, technique coaching, and iron-will discipline.

Commando Conditioning
“No Mercy. No Rest. No Retreat.”
Metabolic warfare. High-intensity intervals, Tabata protocols, and circuits designed to push your cardiovascular and muscular systems to their absolute limit.

30 minutes. Maximum effort. No rest periods longer than 10 seconds. This is the most intense class in the VLR arsenal — short, brutal, and extraordinarily effective.
