Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. Members can freeze their membership for up to 90 days per calendar year for a flat $10/month administrative fee.
Is there an enrollment fee?
There is a one-time $49 enrollment fee for all new members. This covers your initial movement assessment and VLR welcome kit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Absolutely. You can change your membership tier at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly memberships can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Annual memberships are non-refundable but can be transferred.
Are there student or military discounts?
Yes — 15% discount on monthly memberships for active military, veterans, and full-time students with valid ID. Contact us to apply.
