Sgt. Park is the resistance's secret weapon โ the coach who keeps everyone else in the fight. A licensed physical therapist and certified yoga instructor, James spent five years working with professional and collegiate athletes before joining VLR. He understands that mobility isn't soft; it's a performance variable as important as strength or conditioning. His Stealth Ops and Recovery Protocol classes are some of our most popular โ because once members experience what they've been missing, they can't stop.
