CLASSIFIED — RECRUIT EYES ONLY. Your mission, should you choose to accept it: spend the next 4 weeks building the physical and mental foundation required to serve the resistance. You will learn to move correctly, build baseline strength, and develop the discipline that separates those who talk about change from those who make it happen. Failure is not an option. Neither is skipping a session.
