MISSION SURGE is for operatives who've established their training foundation and are ready to escalate. Over 4 weeks and 4 training days per week, you will increase intensity, load, and complexity — developing the power output and conditioning capacity that separates competent from elite. This mission is not for new recruits. Soldiers only.
